Shipping method
Our store delivers goods via studio/booth face-to-face delivery, e-buy Macau, BeeMo, Macau Post, JD Express, and SF Express. Customers can choose "face-to-face delivery at the store/booth" or "postal" to pick up the goods; or choose "locker/collection store self-pickup service" and go to e-buy, BeeMo, SF business points, SF stations, SF smart lockers or Pick-up the goods at SF Express cooperation points; you can also choose the "door-to-door delivery service" to receive the goods directly at any residential or commercial address in Hong Kong and Macao.
Shipping time
After the customer payment an order, if the order only contains in-stock products, our store will ship the goods within 1 to 3 working days; if the order contains pre-ordered products or out-of-stock products, it will take 1 to 2 working days after the relevant products arrive. Shipping.
Under normal circumstances, customers can receive the goods within 2-7 working days.

1. All discounts and coupons are deducted from the order total.

Things to note
Since our store entrusts a third-party logistics company to deliver goods, the actual freight process and timeliness are arranged by the express company and are beyond our control.
The courier company's self-pickup outlets may have time limits for pickup. If the customer fails to pick up the goods within the time required by the courier company, the courier company may charge additional fees to the picker, and the store will not waive the relevant fees. Not responsible.
If the address or phone number provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect, it may also cause the package to be lost, delayed or returned to the store. The store will not be responsible for any delays or losses caused by the above reasons; any additional charges incurred therefrom Fees must also be paid by the customer. Except for the free shipping discount, all shipping costs are subject to the principle of paying the freight yourself.
Internationality
Our store currently only accepts orders from Macau and Hong Kong, and does not currently accept orders from other countries or regions.
